Terms of UseBy accessing and using the Love Is Blind Website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms of use set forth below, do not use the Love Is Blind Website or any of its features.
Description of Service
Love Is Blind provides users with the tools to seek out other blind and visually impaired people for the purpose of friendly social interaction.
Term
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions in the Account Settings, or upon receipt by Love Is Blind of your written or e-mailed termination. Love Is Blind may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the e-mail address provided in your membership application, or such other e-mail address you may later provide to Love Is Blind. If Love Is Blind terminates your membership because you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in full effect.
Non-Commercial Use by Members
The Website is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, organizations, companies, and/or businesses. Members may not use the Website to collect usernames and/or e-mail addresses of members for the purposes of sending unsolicited e-mail.
Proprietary Rights of Content on Love Is Blind
Love Is Blind owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the service. The Website contains the copyrighted information, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Love Is Blind. Except for that information for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, dispute, perform, or display such proprietary information.
Content Posted on the Site
You understand and agree that Love Is Blind may review and delete any content, messages, posts, photos or profiles (collectively or individually) that in their sole judgment violate this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights or threaten the safety of other members. You are solely responsible for the content you publish or display or transmit to other members. By posting content to any public area of Love Is Blind, you automatically grant and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to Love Is Blind an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to perform, distribute and display such information and content and to prepare works of, or incorporate into other information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Love Is Blind reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including, without limitation removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. It includes content that is knowingly false, defamatory, abusing, harassing, obscene, sexually oriented or threatening message; sexually oriented content or material that is illegally invasive of another’s privacy. Love Is Blind will remove the offensive material as quickly as possible. However, the submissions are generally uploaded in real-time and are typically not reviewed by Love Is Blind before they are added to the Website. Love Is Blind reserves the right to delete, erase or otherwise remove any posts or profiles at their discretion.

Use of the Website or service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Love Is Blind disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied. Love Is Blind does not represent or warrant that the information on the Website is accurate, complete or current or that the Love Is Blind website will operate without interruption or error. Love Is Blind does not endorse, nor does it take responsibility for, the content of the sites to which the Website is linked – these links are provided for your convenience only.
Limitations on Liability

APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE, SO THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Indemnity
